This 10-minute raw cacao mousse is seriously yummy!
Perfect for dessert or even as a fast snack. Based on fresh ingredients, it’s a great substitute to ultra processed foods. This is a “low glycemic impact” recipe, full of healthy lipids, fibers, and antioxidants – vitamin E, cacao flavonols and selenium – just to mention some of them.
• 1/2 avocado;
• 1 small banana (not too ripe);
• 1 tbsp of vanilla extract;
• 2 tbsp of cacao powder;
• 2 tbsp of raw honey;
• 1 tbsp of chia seeds.
How to prepare:
Using a food processor, mix everything together and display it in a stemware. Cover it with sliced Brazil nuts and cacao nibs, and take it to the fridge for 1-2 hours. Enjoy!
